They way I figured out the puzzle was to do a lot of pinning and some basting, so I could easily pull out if what I thought would work did not. So I would say give it a try with some muslin or cheap fabric and do some pinning and see what you get. I wish I could give you a definitive answer, but the sleeves will effect it somehow, I'm sure, I just don't know how. I’m not sure how it would work with sleeves, I didn’t try that. I wonder if I first sew the unseamed sleeves onto each top, then would I stitch the inside and outside pieces together around the sleeve edge?
